For anything: a payment question, a project that worries you, a bug, or something that just feels off. Write to support@klyftly.com from the email address on your account.

What to include

The project name (or its link), what you expected, what happened instead, and roughly when. For payment questions, the receipt email or the amount and date are enough; never send card numbers or passwords, we will not ask for them.

What to expect

A real person reads your message and replies as soon as they honestly can. Money questions come first. If something needs more time, we say so rather than going quiet.
