Every profile on the roster is reviewed by a person before it is shown to clients. That is why clients trust the match, and why being on the roster means something. Your resume stays private: clients see your work, your craft, and your record here, never your contact details or documents.
The money is real before you start
Milestones are funded into escrow before work begins. You are never writing speculative work for an empty wallet. When the client approves, the payout is arranged directly with you.
The fee, stated plainly
Klyftly takes a flat 10% of a milestone payout, only when approved work is released, and it is shown to you on every invitation before you accept. Joining costs nothing. Your hourly rate on the profile is indicative; actual work is quoted as fixed-price milestones you see up front.
A managed project, not a lonely one
Scope questions, client check-ins, and reviews are coordinated for you. You talk to the client directly when that helps, and the project room keeps everyone reading the same page.
